What started as a fun idea turned into a mission after we toured more than 60 homes during our own homebuying journey — each one showing us a new glimpse of what’s possible in Seattle’s housing landscape. Today, we’re dedicated to preserving the craftsmanship and charm that make these classic homes special, while reimagining them for modern living.
